Sr. Marketing Manager

As a part of our marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for improving brand awareness, promoting all assigned shows and events, achieving key metrics, and ensuring that day-to-day marketing operations runs as smoothly as possible. The Senior Marketing Manager will primarily work and train alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Vice President Marketing, along with other departments and teams, to learn the necessary skills to independently oversee and effectively manage all assigned projects, tasks, and shows to support the company’s revenue and growth goals. During the training period, the Senior Marketing Manager is expected to work in office five days per week, Monday through Friday, at First Avenue in Minneapolis and will be scheduled to support the operational and staffing needs of the company. The Senior Marketing Manager reports directly to the Vice President Marketing.
