Wednesday: Les Jupes

Strongly rooted in British post-punk and American folk, Les Jupes straddles some imaginary line between noise and pop, with cascading layers of sound. The band has supported Handsome Furs, Baskery (Sweden), and Mother Mother. While criss-crossing North America and Europe, Les Jupes has been showcased at SXSW, CMW, NXNE, Sled Island, Pop Montreal, and Reeperbahn.

Thursday: Kougar EP Release Show

Frontman Andy Engstrom has described his new jangle R&B band as a musical Frankenstein of all of his past bands. Kougar is a local trio that started off as one-time recording band, and has transformed into a band of dedicated musicians, including Reilly on guitar from The Further Adjustments, and Toby on drums from William Within/Almitra. Drawing inspiration from big names like, Built To Spill, War On Drugs, Fresh & Onlys, R. Kelly, and Dinosaur Jr, Kougar is excited to present their debut EP this Thursday with friends El Greco and Naptaker.

Friday: Warehouse Eyes EP Release Party

Minneapolis dream/synth-pop group Warehouse Eyes is made up of Minnesota natives Jennie Lahlum, Christopher Williams, Jason McGlone, Colin Sheffield, and Kevin Scott. The five piece was drawn together by their shared love of analog sounds and dreamy melodies. Warehouse Eyes seeks to lure you in with hypnotic vocals, and dark choruses. Saturday: Authority Zero

Considered Arizona punk rock royalty, Authority Zero is storming the Turf Club this Saturday. Authority Zero has put out four studio albums and has spent almost the entirety of the past two decades on tour. The band’s style is rooted in reggae and skate punk, with a strong Spanish/Portuguese influence. Authority Zero will be joined by Torches To Triggers and local band, Blue Ruin.
