Wastrels is an atmospheric rock band from Minneapolis.
"The words they use are post-punk psychedelic, but it really means they’ve got burning energy and hypnotic compositions. The live show should really show this off, because all indications are that they are one of those bands that are “live” no matter where they are playing. In between sets by the opening bands you can discuss if the title is a reference to the life cycle of local bands or merely a reflection on the ironies of human affection.
