Violent Magic Orchestra

Japanese “Black Metal supergroup” VMO (aka Violent Magic Orchestra) have been razing the globe in the wake of their 2024 album DEATH RAVE, released via Gabber Eleganza’s inimitable Never Sleep. A “sci-fi fusion of black metal, gabber, cyberpunk, performance art and techno”, VMO’s sound is up there among the most scathing and extreme projects of the last several years, a mind-expanding assault of noise and light.
