With the instrumentation of a jazz combo and the spirit of a punk rock band, Upstanding Hoodrat has an eclectic style that combines jazz, funk, reggae, live EDM, and hip hop into something completely their own. Members met in the jazz ensemble while students at Normandale Community College. Already building a reputation for their live performances, Upstanding Hoodrat just finished recording their debut EP and are getting ready for an early 2015 release.
