Miki Mosman is a DJ who describes herself as an Afropunk who loves ALL music, but especially funky, infectious dance grooves—House/ Funk/ Soul/ classic Hip-Hop—which create a happy and lively atmosphere where everyone can find something to make them move!
Miki is also a filmmaker and music producer who has worked in multiple realms of the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on highlighting stories of the underrepresented and marginalized communities with whom she's worked closely doing harm reduction and homeless outreach.
She has been an entrepreneur and business operations manager for over 20 years and has overseen the building of businesses from concept through creation. Currently, she works as a creative content producer for a marketing and branding agency. Miki returned to her hometown of Minneapolis after decades living in New York City and California.
