Trance Farmers

Dandelion cobweb weaver and time travelin' bluesman, Dayve Samek crafts his own twanklin' electric boogie woogie, gasoline drenched doo-wop, tenderly warped garage-born ballads and inhalant-fueled rockabilly joyrides. With a 10-strip breakfast and a yeehaw in his giddyup, Samek traveled west from his East Coast upbringing to L.A. where he linked with long time heroes, Leaving + Stones Throw records. From there he made the debut LP, Dixie Crystals and moved to the swamps of New Orleans where the follow up 7" EP Garbage Night was born, a take-out-the-trash Garage anthem in a culture of garbage youth. He has since been spotted psyching out in the flowers and combing his pompadour in the moonlight. Who knows what will happen next.
