Based in Chicago by way of Minnesota, Goodroad has shared the stage with a diverse array of acts such as The Cactus Blossoms, Merce Lemon, and Jaime Wyatt, in venues across the country. He recorded Goddammit in Appleton, Wisconsin, at Crutch of Memory Enterprises, backed by the seasoned ensemble of Chicago musicians that has made up his touring band since 2021.
