The Teddy Holidays have been playing decent rock and roll for some period of time. If you happen to have caught the Teds at any of their modestly attended and tepidly received performances around the Twin Cities, you'd know that brothers J.T. and Brendan wield a mediocre ax, while Max and Dapper Dan adequately hold down the bass and drums. The Teddys are the sort of band that will compel you to consider dancing, but ultimately decide otherwise. The kind of band that you accidentally see at your local dive bar, and that you may check out on your way over to the bathroom and probably not entirely dislike. The kind of band that when you see setting up, you don't immediately leave. The Teddys' passable musicianship will leave you telling your friends "Hey, those Freddy Valentines were pretty OK."
