The Provisional

Celtic Folk rock trio from St. Paul, MN performing contemporary, traditional, and original Irish music. The Provisional is Tony Dennison & Brian Barrett. Dennison was a founding member of Dischord Records' Smart Went Crazy and a founding member of D.C.'s The Caribbean. Barrett has played in several local St. Paul bands and has run an independent record label.
