Ten Count Junky

Ten Count Junky is not here to suffocate you in the strong scent of cheap cologne. They have not come to choke you with the faulty, sugar-coated, plastic pieces of passing Corporate American trends. They intend to rock your face right off. When viewing or listening to Ten Count Junky, you may experience strange tingling sensations in the spinal and cranial regions. You may be possessed with a strong urge to speak loudly and order several libations in honor of humanity’s collective lack of power to control itself and its hopeless downward spiral towards destruction… and also to honor hot chicks and significant others who may, or may not, have caused permanent emotional scarring during critical developmental periods of your youth…

MYSPACE  ::  SOUNDCLOUD  ::  CDBABY

Ten Count Junky has returned from the trenches of Hollywood’s Sunset Strip to bring you the finest in explosive, sizzling, soulful hard rock music. Ten Count Junky was spawned in the Midwest - a brainchild of award-winning front man Nathanael Lew and nationally touring drummer Scott Lange. Joining Lew and Lange on will be blood relative and young protégé Ian Lew and the ever-exuberant and impassioned David Sieg, of pop/indie outfit The Bit. After an extended leave in the luxurious and exotic planes of Purgatory (or some other confusing, colorful, horrifying dimension) Nathanael has completed his finest work to-date. The new material is visceral, soulful, angry, saturated, more progressive and heavier than the Swallow Your Pride and Choke On Your Pride records. While the new material departs from the “Sunset Strip Party Rock” mentality, it maintains the same rugged, raunchy, heavy swagger that Ten Count Junky is known for.
