Swirve on HUDSON RECORDS
Swirve was born on November 19, 1993 as Ty'Riil Keilon Trimble in the Southern Illinois city of Mt. Vernon. Swirve became interested in music at an early age watching his uncle record and at age 9 he actually recorded his first verse. One of Swirve’s early idols was Bow Wow whom he idolized.
At age 13 Swirve recorded the single "Gotem Man" and put it up on imeems.com. The single received over 10,000 views in 1 week. With the success of “Gotem Man” Swirve was considered to be the "Prince of the Midwest".
With the support of his hometown, family & friends, Swirve started opening up for major acts. During this time, he was noticed by Malik Brooks of Stardome Records whom heard his demo and passed it onto E.I. Lawrence (Lil Wayne’s manager). Stardome and Lawrence told Swirve he had the talent to become a Superstar, just keep working on it. Swirve did just that as he moved on to doing more shows and music.
Swirve took a brief break from music to focus on his other loves Basketball and School. However, his desire to be a superstar artist and his love for music was too strong and at age 16 he recorded another single “Go Dumb". The single was sent to a Hudson Records assistant and played it for the owner Troy Hudson. Swirve was signed to the label within 2 weeks.
Swirve is very excited to be a part of the Hudson Records Family and is looking forward to great success together. Swirve is now recording his mix tape with new songs and compilation singles to be released very soon.
Although Swirve is a very busy teenager with school, music, basketball and his new company six18ent (Which Swirve started to help other unheard artist get a chance to fulfill their dreams), Swirve puts his time in developing his recording career and is totally prepared to work hard to get to the Top and stay on top.
