Stevie Bill

After finishing high school in Amsterdam, Stevie Bill (23) quickly realized that to live her musical dreams, she had to write her own stories. Born to an English mother and a Dutch father, she moved to Berlin after her 17th birthday: ‘I didn’t know too much about the city, but I wanted to just dive in and develop myself as a songwriter and vocalist’. She soon found herself working in studio’s and writing songs for other artists.

While in Berlin, Stevie applied to the prestigious Clive Davis Institute at NYU, New York. She was accepted and moved there in September, at age 19. In New York, Stevie is working on her project 24/7, collaborating with the writers and producers she met in Amsterdam, Berlin and New York during the last couple of years. Originally inspired by '90s R&B singers such as Toni Braxton and Destiny’s Child, Stevie is also strongly influenced by female pop artists from the 2000s such as Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears, and now has a newfound love for hyperpop - due to making new friends in New York that are part of that community. Her music is relatable to her peers, telling stories about ambition, messy relationships and what it’s like to make mistakes when you’re young. She released her first EP, Messy, in 2022.
