Stereomaid

Stereomaid is a rock band started in 2004, high in the Rocky Mountains of Winter Park, Colorado. Stereomaid's first album has been described as a "Tasty" mid-'70's, "Rock" biscuit with some creamy "Pop" drizzle. Yummy! Since 2005 Stereomaid has been playing from the west coast of California to the shores of Chicago and other land masses in between. The current line up of Stereomaid is Eric Olson aka "Oly" (guitar and vocals) Russ Dufresne (bass, guitar & vocals) and Erin Kaste (drums) all from Stillwater, Minnesota.

Stereomaid's debut album The Little Things That Come Between Us was released in December of 2008. The album was recorded and produced by Greg McRae in Denver, Colorado and featured Oly and former band mate Beau Skogen (guitar) "Tunnel 6" on much of the record, along with various friends and Colorado musicians. Stereomaid's song "Hello" is part of the Slope Side Production This Side of Berthoud Volume I. The Band's song "Someday" was selected to be on Deep South Entertainment's release Deep 6. Stereomaid's song "Pocket Knife" is part of the This Side of Berthoud Volume II from Colorado based Slope Side Productions. Stereomaid spent a couple days in December of 2011 working on a couple new tunes at Flowers Studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota with producer Ed Ackerson. The band plans to put the songs out on a 7 inch 45 rpm record. One of the songs is available now for digital download "Outer Space Love Song."  The band continues to play shows in 2012 and hopes to see you at a performance in your town or ours, very soon.
