Slow Spokes

Twin Cities MN Based Hip Hop Group & BMX Afficianados: DJ Greenery, Bona Phide, EMS, Idara & Shorty. Slow Spokes is a five piece hip hop group comprised of four emcees, and a DJ. They released their debut self titled album in January of 2011, and have been building a buzz ever since. They blend great hip hop style with electro pop synth, and rock roots in a way that makes you nod your head right along with the music. Being deeply embedded in the BMX community it comes as no surprise that a lot of their music is about riding, but that in no way defines them as a whole. They touch on everything from old school video games to acting a fool at the club to just enjoying life to the fullest. Slow Spokes has something for every setting!
