Satellite Voices

Satellite Voices are a futurist pop band based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formed during a short hiatus from lead vocalist Knol Tate's seminal Twin Cities project, Askeleton, in the summer of 2009, Satellite Voices consists of former and current members of other notable acts such as Hidden Chord, One For the Team, The Swiss Army, Spirit of '76, Communist Daughter and Dance Band.

The group draws on an eclectic variety of influences from their collective past and repurposes them to create unique new sounds for the decades to come. Satellite Voices combine elements of futurism and experimentation along with clever instrumentation and an intelligent approach to songwriting creating what some have labeled a minimalist approach to modern complexity.
