ROC BARBOZA

Based out of the Twin Cities, ROC BARBOZA bends the walls of Hardcore Punk into Hip Hop rhythms that blend into a fast-paced, groovy, eclectic experience. Ever since the birth of his first EP, SELF DESTRUCT, the sound can be described as raw emotion tailored through live instrumentation, along with the digital synths and 808s.

Starting out from Open Mics in the Twin Cities rap scene, ROC has found his way on stages backed with a live band, performing with acts that range from Hip Hop, Hardcore, Indie, Alternative, and anything in between.

His influences include Metallica, Korn, Dead Kennedys, Kendrick Lamar, Queen, Show Me The Body, Wu-Tang Clan, and Gorillaz, to name a few.
