PLAID BRIXX

PLAID BRIXX is a Columbus, Ohio indie pop band formed in 2014 by its frontman, Chris Duggan. Chris is joined by Mark LeRose on drums and Jared Sawaya on bass. Their first EP, Chemistry, was well received and was nominated for an Independent Music Award in the 2014 Best Rock EP category. The band has performed across the country at SXSW, CMJ, Indie Week Canada, Fashion Meets Music Festival, Columbus Arts Festival, Sailfest, Musikfest and performed with acts such as B0RNS, Matt & Kim, Cute Is What We Aim For, Metrostation, Dreamers, DJ Khaled and Smash Mouth.

The band’s single ‘The Greener Side’ was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday (Canada) playlist with other artists such as ZAYN, Kiiara, Nick Jonas, Tove Lo, Elliphant, and more! ‘The Greener Side’ was also featured on the iTunes Pop Store in the U.S. & Canada. Their top three songs have a combined 1.3 million online spins. In addition, ‘The Greener Side’ has over 2.5 million audio impressions on musical.ly.
