MAKEBELIEF is the solo project of Minneapolis electronic musician Schuyler Petersen. Over the last 8 years, through various incarnations, Petersen has developed a musical identity built around the interaction of human and machine. The musical engine that is MAKEBELIEF aims to strike a balance between the strange and the familiar, grounding the listener in the moment while entrenching them in the inexplicable feeling of being inside a dream.
