Born in Concourse Village in the Bronx & raised in Rockland, NY, Louie P began listening to rap music when he was 7 years old an immediately took a liking to it. He began rapping at the age of 16, while attending middle school. He was influenced by artists such as Jay-Z, 50 cent and names the late Tupac Shakur as his biggest influence of all. While attending High School, after acquiring studio equipment from his uncle a local DJ, Louie P recorded 6 low quality mixtapes in his basement & passed them around creating a small buzz for himself. After tons of positive feedback from a variety of different people Louie P began to pursue music in hopes of making a future of it.
In 2009 he began doing local shows to showcase his talent, He then hooked up with a co-worker & childhood friend & formed his brand HustleMusik Entertainment. Louie P gained strong recognition when he released his track "New York" featuring Young Money recording artist Cory Gunz. To date, he has been featured on various sites, radio stations and magazines such as ThisIs50.com, Worldstarhiphop.com, HipHopgame.com, Power 105.1, & graced the cover of Streethemes Magazine. In early 2011 his Kingpin Dreams cd was nominated for a Justos Mixtape Award for Street Album of the year. Mid Summer 2012 Louie P was Nominated for an Underground Music Award for "Most Promising Male Rapper" Louie is currently working with his team looking to build his brand and take the hip hop industry by storm.
