Kamilla Love

Based in Minneapolis, MN, 22-year-old Kamilla Love is a vocalist/songwriter to look out for. Her songwriting skills tells stories of desire, self-love, and the discovery of one’s true purpose. She has been recording music since she was 14 years old, eventually releasing her first project barbie girl vol.1 under the name “M.I.E.H.Y.K“ at the age of 18. The project received great reviews and created a large buzz, earning a place on Pitchfork's best new rap list. One of the songs from that project, “barbie girl“, was also featured in the HBO film, Share. Since then she has been featured in publications such as Complex Magazine, The Face, and Highsnobiety. Kamilla Love’s career is only beginning but her sound is mature and refined beyond her years.
