K.A.A.N (Brandon Perry) is an American rapper, songwriter, and creative force whose work bridges raw lyricism with major-label songwriting and production. Born and raised in Howard County, Maryland, he first earned attention with his rapid, breathless flows and introspective writing, blending cerebral wordplay with unfiltered emotion.

Kaan’s career took a major leap when Grammy-winning producer Dem Jointz brought him into sessions at Dr Dre’s Record One studio, where he began writing, recording, and collaborating with elite figures in hip-hop and beyond. Through that partnership, he has contributed to work involving legends such as Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Xzibit, and appears with Dre and Snoop on tracks from the Dr Dre-produced Missionary project. He has also linked up with respected MC Royce da 5’9”, appearing on projects alongside him.
