Hailing from Minneapolis, MN, JuneThaKid is an emerging Hip Hop artist who has managed to garner quite the buzz around himself in the Twin Cities area. Riding off the success of his debut EP Rhonda’s Son in 2021, the budding emcee was able to put the whole city on notice as to just how high the ceiling is for the star in the making, quickly becoming a household name in the local scene. As real as they come, June displays high level lyricism reminiscent of the east coast and an ultra smooth delivery all while incorporating blends of style from hard hitting bars over simple loops, to a bounce that’s heard in the South or West. The charismatic wordsmith does so all while relaying themes of family, identity, and mental health. Making up one-fifth of artist collective Basement Gang, the sky's the limit for this budding superstar.
