JehKoa

April 2010 Marked the beginning of the Band JehKoa (Pronounced JAY-KOA), formed by lead singer James McCane (Native of Hilo, Hawaii) who wanted to take his solo act to a higher level. James had a vision of creating a band that mixed Folk, Jazz and Rock with a Jam Band feel. JehKoa officially started to come together around fall of 2010 when James added Drummer Andrew Barsness who hailed from Detroit Lakes, MN. They were now missing one key ingredient. In early 2011, Andrew Barsness introduced Andy Armstrong to James a Bass and Guitar player from Saint Paul, MN who had a background in Jazz, Funk and Rock music. JehKoa was officially complete and reside out of Detroit lakes, MN. March of 2011 JehKoa will be debuting their first EP, North of Loneliness.
