JAMESG (also known as jamesmakesmusic) is an artist, entertainer, and semi-professional Heelyer residing in Minneapolis, MN. Between his distinguished music catalog and viral Heelys videos, JAMESG has amassed over 1 million music streams and 100 million video views over the past four years. His paradoxical approach to entertainment keeps people guessing. Is JAMESG for real, or is this all just a joke?

From a young age, James became infatuated with music and entertainment. At age 11, he began creating original music and sketch comedy videos. Years of experimentation led to the origin of JAMESG in 2012. However, JAMESG really began defining his sound in 2018 with his self-produced EP, Dumb. JAMESG’s music blurs the lines of introspection, social commentary, and satire. Along with finding his sound in 2018, JAMESG began to make Heelys videos.
