ILANA GLAZER is the Series Creator, Executive Producer and star of the critically-acclaimed Comedy Central series, Broad City. Glazer can currently be seen in Sony Pictures’ comedy, Rough Night, directed by Lucia Aniello and starring opposite Scarlett Johansson, Zoë Kravitz, Kate McKinnon and Demi Moore. Glazer was also recently seen in the film The Night Before opposite Seth Rogan and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Glazer is a Critics Choice Award nominated actress, comedian and writer based in New York City. Along with Abbi Jacobson, she was a creator, co-writer, and star of the original ECNY's (Emerging Comic New York) nominated web series “Broad City.” Glazer also received an individual nomination for her stand-up as well as “High School Talent Show,” a live show she co-created with her brother Eliot Glazer. In 2014 Glazer has received a Critics Choice Television Award nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on Broad City. Glazer is a graduate of New York University, has trained at Upright Citizens Brigade NY and is originally from Long Island.
Broad City was previously nominated by the Writers Guild of America for ‘Best Comedy Series.’
