Ian Olvera & The Sleepwalkers

After years of line up and name changes, the dust has finally settled on the newest and most stable line up of Ian Olvera & The Sleepwalkers. The group regularly features Nikolas Davidson on drum kit, Connor Lamue on bass guitar and vocals, and Ian Olvera on guitars and vocals.

Building on the success of the groups 2007 debut EP Some Of Us Dream and in support of 2010's The Reckless Kind, the group has pulled out all stops in their current tour schedule, including dates all across Wisconsin and the midwest with friends old and new. The Reckless Kind, released July 2010, was recorded in Summer and Fall 2009 with the assistance of Justin Perkins on bass (Obsoletes, The Wandering Sons, Screeching Weasel) and Adam Cargin on drums (Blueheels, Screeching Weasel) at Howl Street Studios in Milwaukee, WI and Top-Soil Studios in Oshkosh, WI. Having shared the stage over the years with such acts as Paul Collins Beat, The Redwalls, The Figgs, The English Beat, The Parson Red Heads, Cory Chisel & The Wandering Sons, The Daredevil Christopher Wright, Blueheels, The Obsoletes and more, IO&TS will soldier on through 2010 and into 2011 with shows in the midwest and other parts of the US.
