HypNoXIOUs

HypNoXIOUs is the exciting coming together of three local Twin City musicians with a strong background in live performance and a love of the unusual. Justin Middaugh has played various instruments over his 20 plus years of performing, but his strength is bass guitar. Locally, he has played with Nacho Mama’s Crew and The Roy Alstead Band. Justin brings rock solid bass groves to HypNoXIOUs. Ethan Anderberg, although the youngest member of the band, has laid down the drum beats for such groups as 100 Proof and Bad Habitz, who opened for national acts Night Crawler and local legend G.B. Leighton. He brings amazing syncopation to HypNoXIOUs.

Pwajdeur has been playing music since he was 13. His wide range of musical talent includes drums, bass, and guitar but his true strength lies in his unique vocals. Pwajdeur has played and sang with many bands locally including Oyster Salad, Illusion, and Arcasm. Before starting HypNoXIOUs, the coming together of his life-long musical expression. His witty, wordy, and often playful lyrics highlight his strong voice and energetic personality. The band’s original songs pay their respects to Pink Floyd, Jane’s Addiction, and the fabulous psychedelic sounds of the 1970s. HypNoXIOUs’ music takes you on a trip---either across the room, across the street, or across the universe---each listening reveals new and exciting layers.
