Fret Rattles

Minneapolis-based Fret Rattles have been around the rock n’ roll block and feature ex-members of Thee Viceroys, Dirty Robbers, Fuck Knights, Six Six Crush, and many other bands from the past 25+ years. With that history in their back pocket, the Fret Rattles bring their own approach to the sounds of late '60s Detroit (MC5, Stooges), '70s punk rock (Radio Birdman, Sonics Rendezvous Band), and the '90s underground rock revival (Hellacopters, Dragons). The final result is straight-forward rock-n-roll. It’s not retro, it’s alive. It’s fresh. And it’s more relevant sounding than ever.

Fret Rattles have shared the stage with countless bands, including The Humpers, Supersuckers, Dead Boys, Junkyard, The Briefs, Suzi Moon, The Schizophonics, The Short Fuses, John the Conqueror, and Left Lane Cruiser. Through all the gigs, traveling, broken equipment, ringing ears, and spilled blood, Fret Rattles have earned the reputation of being one of the most explosive live rock bands anywhere!
