Floorian

Once hailed by esteemed Bomp! Records founder Greg Shaw as "America's new kings of psychedelic overdose!", Columbus, Ohio quintet Floorian caught the ears of Shaw and Brian Jonestown Massacre mastermind Anton Newcombe with their sorcerous mash-up of 3 BJM songs for a proposed BJM tribute project in 2003. Their debut album, What The Buzzing, was released on Newcombe's label, The Committee To Keep Music Evil, and distributed by Bomp! in 2004. Two more albums and countless gigs later, including a string of shows with the BJM in 2010 and a rapturous west coast tour in 2012, Floorian continues to astound critics and audiences alike with their mesmerizing melange of darkly melodic, hypnotic psychedelia and spacerock.
