Emily Winter is a comedian, WGA television writer, and author of the trivia book ONE DAY SMARTER.
Emily has also written humor for The New York Times, The New Yorker, NPR's Ask Me Another, E!, TV Land, Fusion TV, Glamour, and The Barnes & Noble Review. She's an NBC Late Night Writers Workshop script judge and alum, and her standup comedy plays on SiriusXM. Emily has performed at SF SketchFest, HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, The Limestone Comedy Festival, and many others. She hosts and co-conceived a New York Times and Time Out recommended 64-comedian joke contest called ONE LINER MADNESS, which travels the country to find the best joke writer in every city. And like every insufferable comedian, Emily hosts podcasts. Specifically HAUNTED AS HELL and the short series HOW TO PRODUCE LIVE COMEDY.
