Elizabeth Craft is the co-host of "Happier with Gretchen Rubin." She’s a television writer, producer, and showrunner, and she also co-hosts "Happier in Hollywood," a podcast about how to survive and thrive in LA -- or anywhere else. In 2016 she published Flower, a young-adult novel. Liz lives with her husband Adam and their young son Jack in the Los Angeles area.
