Born and raised in Lyon, France Douster started his musicallife somewhere between the highly broadcasted sound of eurodance and the 50's rythm n blues tapes that were screaming out the familiar car.

At the early age of 8 he turned into french rap, and hip hop music stayed with him during his life as a teenager.

Bought his first MKII's at the age of 14 to start scratching, but very quickly he went into production and started making beats for his friends.

With the influence of dancehall music and the high powered dub soundsystem he started to add heavy sub basses to his productions. And when a close friend of him brought him a crate full of smiley faced vinyl, he felt in love with acid house early 90's newbeat .

At 22, he's now trying to make his own kind of house music, mixing his influences to provide that jackin' sound !

From reggae soundsystems to south american clubs, douster always had the sense to entertain crowd, following the old tradition of Hip Hop Dj's. His dj sets combined a wide range of bass music, mixing top notch fidget house, world ghetto music, and classic rave hits.

His first release on Birmingham based label A New Hope, 'This Shit', a perfect mix between jackin'house and heavy woblle bass, received a lot of support and Douster is now ready to take over the clubs.
