DJ Terrell LaMarr

Born in Minneapolis and raised by the Twin Cities music scene, Terrell LaMarr first began to make waves when he joined the Twin Cities institution known as Radio Pocho in 2012. As a host and curator Terrell has been able to contribute to that musical molcajete by bringing with him his backward facing influences to pair with his forward thinking sensibilities. In addition to Radio Pocho's home of KFAI you may have also heard his curation on The Current, read his written words published by The Walker, or seen him spinning wax at one of your favorite local spots. With an eclectic mix of indie and alt r&b, jazz, soul, hip-hop, funk, and more; heads will assuredly nod, toes will undoubtedly tap, and if you listen closely, you'll hear the curious murmurs of the crowd asking, "what song is this?!"
