DJ MV, born Adrian Perryman, is a Hip Hop DJ born and raised in St. Paul MN whose main focus is to please the crowd. DJ MV got involved in music while attending St. Paul Central High School and continued refining his craft during his time at Concordia University St. Paul. Through the use of computer programs and hand me down turntables, he started out rockin’ house parties but as time went on he met the right people at the right times and has since DJ’d events ranging from Lil Wayne and Keith Sweat Concerts to Fashion Shows, Comedy Shows and College parties and dances at schools across the Mid-West. His large and loyal fan base which began from sweaty house parties has stuck with him wherever he goes. Named “Best Hip-Hop DJ” at the 1st Annual Twin Cities Hip Hop Awards and Nominated this year (Awards are Jan 26th), DJ MV has also been nominated 3 years in a row for the TwinCitiesNightClubs.com “Best Club DJ” Award. DJ MV has the ability to appease and crowd with a wide range of music but his main love is Hip-Hop. “You have to know music to be a good dj, and to be a great dj you have to practice your craft on the turntables” says MV.
