DJ Bonics has played music for the masses for over 25 years and there are no signs of him slowing down. As the official DJ for Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg (part time), Bonics considers himself “passion in action,” turning a dorm room hobby into a life-long career that has taking him around the world. Currently residing and holding DJ residencies in Las Vegas, Bonics continues to show why he is a Heavy Hitter. He’s had a history as a radio DJ/Programmer starting in Pittsburgh,PA, he’s been heard on Iheartradio stations around the country, New York’s Hot 97, LA’s Power 106, and still throws down sets on Sirius XM/ Shade 45 and his weekly mix shows on heritage stat—ions Pittsburgh 96.1 Kiss and Philadelphia’s Q102. He also hosts a weekly Jazz/Funk/Soul show on the #1 Jazz Station in the country 91.5 KUNV.
Perhaps one of his biggest achievements is being the official DJ for recording artist Wiz Khalifa! For over a decade in a half, Bonics has proved unmatched energy, sharing the stage with Wiz from the small clubs to larger than life events like Coachella, UK’s Wireless Festival, and Governor’s Ball, to name a few. He’s also rocked the stage with Wiz on legendary TV programs including Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Fallon, Dick Clark’s Rockin’ NYE, and more.
As a club DJ Bonics is a veteran in the space. Playing clubs nationally and internationally, he currently holds residencies in Las Vegas at Drais Nightclub and On The Record. He’s a 2 time Redbull 3style Dj competition winner. As a true music lover there isn’t a genre that Bonics can dive into, captivating crowds with passion and enthusiasm.
In the last year Bonics has been seen throwing the first Pitch out at a Pittsburgh Pirates game, playing the halftime show for the Pittsburgh Penguins, was the official DJ for Liverpool VS Real Betís exhibition match (Pittsburgh, PA) and most recently was seen performing with Snoop Dogg on the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. His also does some producing on the side and can be found on Apple Music and Spotify.
