Dean's '80s cred was cemented at the 4th Street downtown haunts, Graffitti's [proper spelling] and Schiek's (when it was a disco), along with the hot Pacific Club, plus the groundbreaking '90s venue, Rogue (which successfully pressed the city to allow dancing in downtown clubs until 3am). He has also pushed the First Av sound rig to its limits with his sets at dance nights of yore, System33 and beatopia, and currently performs with his co-creation, Tambuca, where DJs and musicians unify in a rhythmic fervor. His vast library of the Minneapolis Sound will fire up the funk fuel for his MFin' set.
