Carlile

Carlile is the alt-pop project of Chicago-based producer and singer-songwriting Emily Nichols. Her debut EP Back Seat, an experiment in vocal layering and hard beats, was released in 2019. Since its release, Carlile has begun to embrace softness and relatability with her lyrical and melodic sensibilities. Her live show embraces this dynamic range, moving from intimate, quiet moments to escapist dance-scapes with ease.
