Body Meat

Body Meat is a project by Christopher Taylor, rising Philadelphia-based multi-instrumentalist and producer. Earlier this year, he self-released his second EP entitled Year of the Orc – a genre-flouting masterclass that balances eclecticism with accessibility, and pulls as much from Boyz II Men and D’Angelo as it does from Afro-Portuguese dance and Angolan Kuduro music. It was written, recorded, and produced entirely in Taylor's Philadelphia apartment and follows Body Meat’s similarly acclaimed Truck Music EP (2019).
