With recent appearances for GrooveHaus at Touch in Cleveland and House Proud at Honey in Minneapolis, DJ Blake Walker is ramping up for a stellar 2014. Also, playing frequently in Miami as well as holding down several residencies at places such as Blue Lounge, Indra, & Jazid, he has rocked many WMC events including the V.I.P. Stage at Ultra Music Festival landing him alongside such talents as PETER HOOK of NEW ORDER & THE KILLERS.
In his home town of Chicago, he’s a fixture in the nightlife scene with his popular residency Open House, now going on 5 years at The Crocodile Lounge in Wicker Park and regular appearances at Castle, Grandbar, and Smart Bar just to name a few. As founder of OPEN HOUSE, Blake Walker has shared the decks with such amazing djs such as LADY D, Diz, JOHN SIMMONS, GANTMAN, PAUL JOHNSON, GENE FARRIS, SUPERSTAR DJ KEOKI, JASON TYLER, GENE HUNT, KARL & MARK ALMARIA, REES URBAN, and CZ BOOGIE amongst many, many others.
