Band of Lovers

Now in their second year living and performing on the road, Band of Lovers are modern day troubadours. With a folk heart and full of harmonies, they've been compared to Belle and Sebastian and called "the orchestral love child of Brian Wilson and Laura Nyro." Their debut 'the Coast' introduces lush arrangements, accompanying the intimate acoustic sound the duo is known for live. With ten years of history, it only takes a glance to see the bond between Dave Strumfeld and Sabina Beachdell, the pair behind the music. Both originally from upstate NY, they've been linked since 2005, first as friends and now as a nomadic duo.
