A generational talent, Ayoni is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and producer from Barbados making waves across the music industry. With her soaring, soulful Pop/R&B vocal stylings, Ayoni has received widespread acclaim from prominent publications such as OnesToWatch, The Fader, Essence, V Magazine, and more. Having lived in Singapore, Indonesia, and the United States, she’s developed a global worldview, absorbing a variety of experiences, while nurturing her ever-evolving passion for creating and performing music. Ayoni has collaborated with other creatives such as Ricky Reed, Snakehips, Full Crate, Michael Calfan, and Kabwasa. In June 2023, she had her big screen debut at the Tribeca Film Festival starring in the documentary, Uncharted, produced by Alicia Keys and She Is The Music, which follows her journey and those of other BIPOC women in the music industry. She is a featured artist on 2 songs on Noname’s critically acclaimed Sundial album and in October 2023 performed the song "boomboom" with Noname on NPR's Tiny Desk. In December 2023, she was chosen as an artist in residence for the Sofar Sounds London Residency and in February 2024, she stepped onto the global stage with the release of her single, "Bitter In Love” - A COLORS SHOW with COLORS Studios. She continues to showcase her evolution with her newest single “San Francisco”, which is a farewell to a beloved chapter in her life, as well as an arrival to somewhere new, a glimpse of what’s to come in 2025.
