AdiX is the title of an electronic dance music project created by Truman Delgado based out of Minnesota. His influences include artists both musical and visual. Such artists include Spike Lee, Quinten Tarantino, Coyote Kisses, The M Machine, The Faint, Griz, Gramatik, Big Gigantic, Amon Tobin, Square Pusher, and Mord Fustang. His most prominent influence is the late 60’s to mid 70’s black rock/psychedelic soul music movement also known as the predecessor to psychedelic funk and acid rock. Truman Delgado has been producing music for 7 years this coming November. Truman’s philosophy is to tie the energy and drive behind the acid rock and funk movement with the dance centered popular culture of today. His goal is to give the vibe that so many loved in the past a second wind and to allow people of today to enjoy what others enjoyed so many times before.
