Two Gallants

Adam Stephens and Tyson Vogel, aka Two Gallants, have been making music together since age 12, and when they first started drawing attention from the indie scene in the mid-aughts it was with a punk-infused folk-rock sound. Since then they’ve evolved their sound by broadening it, and their new single “Incidental”–from their upcoming fifth album, We Are Undone (out Feb. 3 on ATO Records) pulls from enough strains of rock ‘n’ roll to defy attempts to pin a modifier on it. It’s just, you know, rock ‘n’ roll, in the same sort of timeless way that the best Replacements records are.
