The Decemberists are back and have announced tour dates in support of the release of their upcoming album What A Terrible World, What a Beautiful World.
What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World, out January 20, 2015, is the band’s first full length release since 2011’s The King Is Dead. The Decemberists will make a stop at Northrop at the University of Minnesota on March 24. Reserved seat tickets ($36) will be available this Friday, November 21 at Noon at Northrop Ticket Office, online at northrop.umn.edu or by phone 612-624-2345.
After more than three years of complete renovations, Northrop reopened in April with excellent acoustics, sight lines, state of the art technologies and much more. Located on the campus of the University of Minnesota, the revitalized Northrop is an innovative space that serves multiple creative and academic functions.
