First Avenue is Minneapolis’ historic nightclub, made famous by Prince’s Purple Rain, and listed by Rolling Stone as one of The Best Big Rooms in America (#3). Internationally recognized as a premier concert location, it offers a one-of-a-kind venue that just could be the perfect location for your private function.
First Avenue’s 22,000 square-foot downtown facility includes two levels, two rooms, a 1,000 square-foot dance floor, and the legendary First Avenue Mainroom stage.

The historic Fine Line is in the heart of the Warehouse District in Downtown Minneapolis, located in The Consortium building, which was originally built in 1907.
The multi-level venue boasts a stage that features sightlines from both the downstairs main floor and the upstairs balcony.

Built in 1916, and newly re-opened in March of 2017, the Palace Theatre hosts a wide array of contemporary music, comedy, and other live entertinment. The room fills a gaping hole in the Twin Cities’ music venues with first-class sound and sightlines, and is co-managed by First Avenue and Chicago’s JAM Productions.
The Palace Theatre has a tiered, standing-room-only general admission floor, and a seated loge and balcony.
