State Your Cause

State Your Cause is a five piece rock band consisting of brothers, James and John Scott (vocalist and guitarist respectfully), Deepan Rajah (guitar), Matt Young (drums) and Chase DeBartolomeis (bass). The band’s music is a culmination of well crafted songs, undeniable hooks, and a vulnerable sound of life’s struggles and scars with an undertone of empowering expression of hope. Music with passion. The band’s single “Steal The Stars” has received major airplay at WRKZ The Blitz in Columbus, OH while “Bring You Back” has been popping up on cage matches throughout the country. State Your Cause has performed with the likes of Bobaflex, Framing Hanley, Saving Abel, Three Days Grace, etc. and have performed at Rockapalooza, Rock On The Range, and Projekt Revolution. Their new album STEAL THE STARS was released digitally through New Ocean Media on July 10, 2012. The nine song selection has songs produced by Ben Schigel (Chimaira, Drowning Pool, Switched), Brett Hestla (Creed, Dark New Day, Framing Hanley, Tantric) and Nixon (of Framing Hanley).
