Vinny Crook$

Vinny Crook$ was born Forest Fitch in Minneapolis, MN. A young visionary, diligent, ambitious artist from the North Side of Minneapolis, known for his introspective lyrical style that he's been mastering since he was 13. Vinny always had an appeal to perform on stages when he was 5 years old, he wrote his own comic books in elementary school and found a knack into storytelling. Like his hero Tupac Shakur, Vinny Crook$ grew up heavy in the game. Living in the midst of North Minneapolis, Crook$ is now working day to day to be facing down hip-hop’s brightest spotlight. Born half African American and half White, growing up a mixed kid in a diverse neighborhood. Vinny found his love for Hip-Hop at a young age playing everything-- 2Pac, Biggie, Ice Cube, Wu-Tang, Common, Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, DJ Quik, Nas, DMX, Jay-Z, Eminem, Mobb Deep, Scarface, Three 6 Mafia, Erykah Badu, Public Enemy, OutKast, Big L, Big Pun, J. Dilla, 8Ball & MJG, the list goes on.
