The Minnesota bred MC represents a new generation and wave of youth and originality in Hip Hop culture. His music brings the energy and the vibrancy of millennial life together with the perspective and conscience that speaks to the crossroads of multiple cultures that is the Twin Cities.

As a budding artist, KV first made waves in Twin Cities music during his time at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities campus. In those years, KV earned acclaim with his freshman and sophomore mixtapes Twenty Twenty Vols. 1 and 2. KV was a headliner at the University of Minnesota’s Spring Jam music festival where he was the winner of the University’s Battle of the Bands contest and earned the opportunity to open for Prof and the New Boyz. He has since performed at sold out shows with Jon Connor, Fabolous, Pusha T, Ty Dolla Sign, and K-Camp, among others.
