Strawberry Milk Cult is a band from Houston, Texas; Known in their current form for blending 90s/2000s indie rock, power pop, shoegaze, and other genres with a modern slacker flavor. Formed initially in 2018, the band has seen many iterations and identities before becoming what it is today around 2022. Current era SMC consists of founding member Dylan Laughrey (aka Skizzy Bones) on rhythm guitar/lead vocals, joined by lead guitarist Dylan Mertes, drummer Jesse Perez, and bassist Gerardo Flores.
